Description

Two pack polyamide cured coal tar epoxy

Recommended Use

Hard wearing , good resistance to crude oil, sea-water, ballast water tanks, alkaline and submerged surfaces

Surface Preparations

Blast cleaning to min. Sa. 2.5 or power tool cleaning to St.3 and free from oil or grease and other contaminations

Substrate/Primer Required for Two Pack Coal Tar Epoxy

Blast cleaned steel or shop primed surfaces

Normally none

Solid Volume: 65±2%

Recommended Film Thickness: Wet 195, Dry 125 microns

Theoretical Coverage: 5.2 m2/lit

Mixing Ratio: 4:1 By Volume

Mixing Instruction: Mix thoroughly before use

شرح محصول:

رنگ اپوکسی کولتار دو جزئی با هاردنر پلی‌آمید

موارد مصرف:

یک پوشش سخت با مقاومت خوب در مقابل

• آب دریا و آب‌های غیرآشامیدنی
• نفت خام
• مواد قلیایی

رنگ کولتار اپوکسی دو جزئی مناسب برای پوشش داخل مخازن آب و سازه‌های زیرآب است.

آماده سازی سطح زیر کار:

سطوح مورد رنگ آمیزی بایستی عاری از هرگونه آلودگی باشد و تا درجه sa2 1/2 سندبلاست و یا تا درجه st3 به وسیله فرچه های سیمی تمیز نمایید.

آستر مورد نیاز :

روی سطوح سندبلاست شده و یا پرایمر زده شده، اعمال گردد.

رنگ رویه پیشنهادی:

معمولا نیازی به پوشش بعدی ندارد.
